A Scene Model defines what the system knows: the parts, the geometry, the procedure, the safety rules, and what correct looks like here. Built from what you already have: manuals, SOPs, work orders, and CAD files, loaded through a documented template on open formats. Not a proprietary silo.

2 · Locate the object

The AnchorFrame registers that knowledge to the actual object using features already on it: screws, edges, pins, rails, diamonds. No stickers. No QR codes. No prepared workspace.

3 · Guide the action

The next step lands at the point of work: on the bench, on the felt, on the equipment, in the technician's field of view.

4 · Verify the result

Placement errors, registration drift, exclusion-zone intrusions, out-of-range measurements: checked before the work moves on.

The asset, the user, the steps, the measurements, the evidence: written to a persistent record, so the next session begins smarter than the last one ended.

The camera locates the object. The Scene Model knows the object. The AnchorFrame binds the two.

And the AI never guesses at pixels. It works in named parts, steps, and rules; the AnchorFrame and coordinate transform resolve those references into physical locations. The AI reasons in meaning. The spatial engine renders in place.

Videre does not build one-off demos. Expert work becomes Device Guidance Packages: reusable packages that know the asset, the procedure, the safety rules, the spatial model, the verification checks, and the evidence to capture. Founder Michael Bauer has spent four decades around systems that cannot afford to be vague: enterprise technology, supply chains, audio hardware, military discipline, and physical invention.
